How we work
You always know where things stand.
Every engagement runs through your own client portal: proposals, agreements, progress, meeting notes and invoices in one place, and an assistant that can answer questions about all of it.

Every step, in your client portal.
From the first proposal to the last invoice, the portal is where it happens. Here is what you see along the way.
A proposal you can click through, not a PDF. Accept it in the portal when you're ready.

Proposal
A proposal you can click through, not a PDF. Accept it in the portal when you're ready.

Agreement
Agreements are signed in the portal. Everyone who signs gets their copy.

Requests
When we need something from you, it's a short form in the portal. Save it and finish later if you need to.

Progress
You see milestones, not tickets. Progress you can read in ten seconds.

Meetings
Every meeting becomes a summary: what was decided, what's yours to do, what's still open. Each line points back to what was actually said.

Billing
Invoices live where the work lives. What's due is on your overview, never a surprise.
Your team, your rules.
Bring in whoever needs to be there, and decide what each person can see.

Add colleagues yourself. Choose who sees invoices, who sees projects, and who can accept proposals.

Know a company that needs us? Refer them from the portal and follow what happens.
Your portal, inside the assistant you already use.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to your Xethos portal and ask it what's waiting on you, whether something is covered by your agreement, or what was decided last week.
Questions it answers
- What's waiting on me?
- Is this covered by our agreement?
- Explain our arrangement in plain language.
- What did we decide in Tuesday's meeting?
- Who's on my team, and what role does each person have?
- Send me the link to the signed agreement.
- Fill in the open request with what I've told you.
- Which invoices are still unpaid?
- How far along is the warehouse app?
- Refer a company we know.

You decide. Roles set who sees invoices, projects, documents and requests, and you can change them at any time.
Claude, Claude Code and Cursor, and ChatGPT for questions. Each one asks you to sign in to your portal first, and it sees only what you can see in the portal.
No. It acts only when you ask it to, in the same conversation, and anything it saves shows up in the portal straight away.
Yes. Every engagement runs through the portal from the first proposal. The assistant connection is switched on for your organisation on request.
Let's talk about your technology
Whether you need a fractional CTO, a technology strategy review, or just a conversation with someone who's seen it before - we'd like to hear from you.
